Oktoberfest Obliteration IV is in the bag!
As expected, our OOIV Committee, Judge Captains, Judges and Volunteers did an amazing job!
Many, many posts to come for sure (including pic galleries that you can pull pics from), but we wanted to be sure and post the Final Results right away.

*One thing we found this morning as we looked at these final spreadsheets is that Maureen Triller and Fay Watson tied for 3rd place in the Masters Women division. Based on the rules of a tie, we look at highest individual event placements for highest to break the tie. Both Maureen and Fay had a 1st place finish. Fay then had a 2nd place finish and Maureen a 3rd place finish. Therefore, technically, Fay Watson should have been awarded the 3rd place overall. We have spoken to both athletes. Maureen will keep her 3rd place awards and we will be providing Fay Watson with the same 3rd place awards as well.

Do you have a sheet of the actual scores for each person on each wod? Would be cool to see for comparison.
I’ll have to check and see if I have that.
I was curious how the rankings that show on these sheets for each individual WOD relate to the individual scores for each WOD. For instance the run. I was penalized 90 seconds because I was 90 meters away from the finish when time was called -but my ranking for the run on these sheets shows a lower place than someone who I know did not finish last last 400 meters at all. So how did you figure placing for the run WOD?
Hi Matt / I know my team AllSport BroFit wasn’t anywhere NEAR to the top, and I know your team did an amazing job and we appreciate everything and I know after the fact questions can be irritating!
But I’m confused on the Mathlete WOD results. The Team next to us (CocoNutz, who we are all friends with) finished well after us with about 6 seconds from the 20 minute cut off (I asked one of their members for verification) and Coconut received a higher ranking (8 points). We finished that WOD under 19 minutes and received 9 points.
Again, by no means would it make a huge difference but we were super proud of FINALLY doing WELL on a WOD. Mathletes was great!!!
Any input would be appreciated.

I would also like to see the scores of the individuals. Not questioning any , I’d just like to see what my daughter’s scores were.
Without the score cards and live score spreadsheet in front of me, I can’t address any of these. When I’m back at the gym tomorrow, I’ll take a look at everything.
